An Act of Love for Your Loved Ones: Advance Directives, Hospice and End of Life Planning Essentials

Autumn marks the start of the holidays and gift-givin! This year, give the gift of making your end-of-life wishes known in advance. The World Health Organization reports less than 30% of individuals globally have documented their end-of-life care preferences through advanced care planning, yet 56% of Americans receive hospice care in their homes, with family members serving as primary caregivers. Join a four-person team from AccentCare Hospice and Palliative Care PA as we tell the truth of hospice care and unravel the mysteries of advance directives. In this interactive and entertaining presentation, we’ll demonstrate why planning for end-of-life is the essential act of love for your loved ones – and steps you can take now to give your family peace of mind this holiday season and beyond.
