AI Interactive Bookverse In-Person

Join us for the opportunity for students to build their own Mini-BookVerse web app and presents it in a Showcase Day at the library. It’s a perfect blend of reading, creativity, and AI coding — turning classic literature into interactive, modern dialogues. There are four sessions for this program. You are not required to attend all four, but they will build on each other. This program is ideal for ages 12-18 and required registration.

🌟 What Is The BookVerse? The BookVerse is a fun, interactive workshop where students learn basic web coding and AI concepts while bringing their favorite literary characters from different books to life. Imagine Harry Potter chatting with Sherlock Holmes, Elizabeth Bennet debating Hamlet, or Einstein conversing with Elon Musk — all powered by simple AI code and imagination.

🧠 What Students Learn...Basics of WebApp; How AI concepts can be integrated into creative projects; How data can represent books, characters, and settings; and How technology and literature can merge to create living conversations.
