Activities for Adults of All Abilities In-Person
Drop in on our weekly activities for adults of all abilities. All supplies are provided and no registration is necessary. If you have questions or would like to bring a large group email Jeanne at JCove@mclinc.org. Starting January 2025 we will meet at 10:30am instead of 2pm. Still on Thursdays!
1st Thursday of the month; Movement (stretching, drumming exercises, occasionally games as the group decides)
2nd Thursday of the month: Art (learn about an artist and create in their style, we occasionally do craft projects)
3rd Thursday of the month: Karaoke (Sing alongs with a microphone and youtube lyrics on our wall screen, participants take turns choosing songs)
4th Thursday of the month: Bingo
