Chair Yoga In-Person
You are invited to a very special chair yoga class!
We are mostly seated in class, but also stand at times, which is optional. Modifications are offered for all levels. You will experience the same benefits as yoga on the mat! The movements and stretches are very gentle. The guided meditation focuses on your breath, and using mindfulness to let go of all tension. It is a wonderful experience to relax, rejuvenate and reset!
