Block & Building Playtime In-Person
Block Play Forms Literacy Foundations
Come play at the library!
Blocks and other building toys will be set up in our downstairs auditorium.
Miss Lizzie also provides weekly building prompts and inspiration books.
Sign in is required. Adult must stay in room & supervise.
While toddlers and preschoolers are not yet reading books or writing essays, key literacy fundamentals like phonics, reading comprehension and writing mechanics develop through block play.
