Knitted Together In-Person
Upper Perk's Knitted Together group is a gathering of veteran and rookie stichers of all types. Chat, stitch, learn a skill, share a skill!
The gathering is facilitated by passionate, self-taught knitter and library staff member, Robyn Kermes. She loves to try out new knitting techniques and has worked with cables, entrelac, stacked stitches, mosaic, and fair isle. Her favorite sweaters are the ones she knit without a pattern. Robyn is very happy to share what she knows, field questions, research answers, and explore whatever interests the group.
Robyn can teach knitting, but the gathering is whatever the group desires- come to knit, crochet, weave, sew, or any other crafting you enjoy.
Robyn can loan you needles and yarn to try out knitting!
Meets the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month.
